Occupational Therapy

The school Occupational Therapist (OT) works within a consultative model, collaborating with teachers and support staff to identify and address students’ individual needs related to motor skills, sensory processing, and daily functioning. The OT provides recommendations and strategies to support students’ learning and participation in the classroom.

Families are provided with support via regular educational information from the OT on ClassDojo.

In addition to their consultative role, the school’s OT oversees the planning of morning fitness sessions and the Animal Fun program, which are designed to promote physical activity, coordination, and social engagement, further supporting students’ overall development.
