Staff at the LDC are highly skilled in the delivery of evidence based programs effective in supporting children with Developmental Language Disorders. All staff are provided an intensive induction and ongoing training where they develop and refine their skills. Staff are merit selected and come from a variety of backgrounds, areas of expertise and experience. Level 3 and Senior teachers on staff help mentor and support the other staff. Staff work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team to support students to reach their potential.
